If your company is not yet registered with Smappee Services, you can easily complete the registration yourself by filling out our online form: https://dashboard.smappee.net/register-organisation.
By submitting your company details, we can set up a formal agreement to process payments via direct debit.
Your company will then receive monthly invoices for all applicable services.
Once you’ve completed the initial registration for the services you selected, you won’t need to register again.
Through your dashboard login, you can activate and manage additional services at any time.
Just follow these steps:
- Link a user account that can be used as an administrator for the organisation,
You can either:- Use your existing user account — ideal if you are both an employer and an employee.
- Create a new user account with a different email address — recommended if you are a fleet manager or if multiple employees need access.
- Create a New Organization
- Complete your Company Legal Information
- Complete your Company administrative information
- Agree with the General Terms & Conditions
- Agree with a Direct Debit Mandate
- Select which Services you want to activate, you can select multiple options.
- Confirmation of your registration
After registration, login to the Smappee Dashboard and proceed.
