As a company:
Step 1: Register your company
Register your company for eMSP, for public business charging cards here: https://dashboard.smappee.net/register-organisation
Should you already have a login for Smappee, you can re-use the same login, otherwise you can create another one, this login will grant you access to the Smappee dahsboard .
As part of the registration process, you’ll be asked to provide your payment details for direct debit.
No charges will be made at this stage—payment only takes place once your registration is complete and you choose to order a charging card.
If you decide to activate the card for use at public charging stations, the cost of the charging sessions will also be automatically processed via direct debit.
There are no ongoing subscription fees—you only pay for the actual charging sessions.
--> If you’re already registered with your company for a service, whether for split billing or for CPO, there’s no need to register again. Your company details are already on file.
With your login, you can easily access the dashboard and activate additional services as needed.
Select the board "Charging Services" on the left, upon which you can set up any other service you wish via the card on the right side.

You have three options:

- Activate for public use: This allows the card to be used at public charging points. There’s no subscription fee for this either. You only pay for the charging session and possibly a 5% roaming surcharge when using non-Smappee stations.
- Use in a split billing agreement: This enables the card to be used for automatic reimbursement of charging costs, for example by your employer or leasing company, based on a predefined agreement.
Note :
After this, you can use the card throughout Europe.
Our public Smappee charging card gives you access to over 230,000 public charging points across Europe.
You can easily find them via the Smappee app, where you can filter by connector type, availability, payment option, and more.

Smappee Services charges a fee of €0.35 per charging session. For non-Smappee charging stations, an additional 5% surcharge applies on the total amount.
You can view the exact price per charging station by tapping on the station in the app.
All available charging points can be found by tapping the car icon in the app.
