Smappee Services offers the following business charging services:
Business Services
Smappee Public Charging Card
As a business you can activate your Smappee Card for public charging. This allows you and your employees to charge on the road at Smappee charging stations as well as external public chargers.
Cost:
- No monthly fee
- You only pay for the performed charging sessions.
Standard charging costs:
- €0,42 administration fee per charging session
- 10% CPO-fee
! When charging at an external charging point a roaming fee of 5% VAT excl. will be charged.
What do we do?
1. Invoice the company for all performed charging sessions
2. Provide a detailed overview of all charging sessions per public charging card
Split billing
As a business split billing allows you to automatically reimburse employees for home charging sessions.
Cost:
- €5,00/ month/ agreement VAT excl.
What do we do?
1. Invoice the company the monthly fee + the charged sessions
2. Pay-out of the charged sessions to you or your employees on their private account
Smappee Public Charging Point Owner (CPO)
As a business, you can set your charging stations public, allowing external users to charge their vehicles at a predefined rate that you set.
Cost:
- AC-charger: €6,00 VAT excl. per connector
- DC-charger: €12,00 VAT excl. per connecter
!! The CPO-service is a part of the Smappee Business License.
This means that when you have f.i. 10 chargers and you only wish to use 5 of them as public; you will have to pay for the 10 chargers.
What do we do?
1. Invoice the company the monthly fee
2. Provide a self bill + pay out of the gaining's of the charger(s)

Private Services
Smappee Public Charging Card
As a private person you can activate your Smappee Card for public charging. This allows you to charge on the road at Smappee charging stations as well as external public chargers.
Cost:
- No monthly fee
- You only pay for the performed charging sessions.

- €0,42 administration fee per charging session
- 10% CPO-fee
