If the monitor is displaying a continuous blue LED, that means it is starting up. This process can take up to 5 minutes. The LED might even briefly turn off during this time.
Does your monitor still show a blue LED after 15 minutes or more? Try this procedure to fix your problem:
- First, please unplug the monitor and after about 5 minutes plug the power cable back in. Now wait for the monitor to restart. This can take about 5 minutes.
- If restarting the device did not work, please unplug the clamps from the Smappee inputs. Then please unplug the power cable and move your monitor to another room. There, plug the monitor in a different power outlet and let the monitor start up. This can, again, take about 5 minutes.
- Finally, if that did not fix the problem, please reset the monitor by pressing the button on the side of your device for until a blue LED is shown. Please ignore any other LED the monitor might show. If no other LED colours are shown, please hold down the button for about 30 seconds. Then please wait 15 minutes.
If the monitor is still continuous blue, please contact your installer.
