Where to find the serial number of your Smappee monitor, and how to recognise which monitor you have.
On the monitor
The serial number is on the sticker on the back of your Smappee monitor. A valid serial number always has 10 digits.
In the Smappee app
Go to the Settings page. At the top of the screen, you see the serial number of the Smappee monitor on your current location.
Which monitor do I have?
The first digits of the serial number tell you which monitor it is.

Serial numbers of older Smappee monitors can also start with a 1 or a 2.
