If a Smappee Connect show a Green continuous LED, This means the device is connected to the network but can't reach our servers, check the firewall or router settings of the customer, see the following article to know which firewall rules are required.:

Smappee Genius

If a Smappee Genius has a Green continuous LED, this means it must be activated.

You can reactivate a Smappee Genius on the same location by following the replacement flow (Settings -> Smappee Monitors -> Infinity module -> Smappee Genius -> "Start installation")

Selecting the right colour in the App will make it reactivate the Genius.

(Same applies when you are installing the Smappee Genius on a new service location.)
