Context
A Smappee Pay Station onboarding has following essential steps:

Register the organisation for Smappee CPO services
The organisation must be known in the Smappee platform, to release additional features for a public charging hub.

Register the organisation for one or more payment terminals
European anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism financing legislation requires that users of a payment platform must be verified before they can process, disburse, and offer financial products.

Configure the Pay Station
The Pay Station must be added to the configuration of the charging hub.

Put a marker on the charging stations
The end user of a charging hub must be able to see to which charging point the electric vehicle is connected.
Instructions
1. Register the organisation for Smappee CPO services
The charging stations owner can set how a charging session can be started on a charging station:
- Plug and charge, recommended to use only in restricted areas
- Whitelisting, recommended to use in public areas and only listed RFID tokens can start a charging session
The charging station owner becomes charging point operator if public charging sessions are possible with one or more of the following payment methods:
- Swipe and charge
- Scan and charge
- Pay Station

2. Register the organisation in a third-party platform
Context
European anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism financing legislation requires that users of a payment platform must be verified before they can process, disburse, and offer financial products.
First we need some required information from your company which will be used to perform a screening and register your company to our payment platform.

Subject: Necessary information to register my organisation for one or more payment terminals
Hi there,
I’m want to register my organisation before the payment terminals will be shipped an installed at my public charging hub. Please find below the necessary information:
- Organisation name:
- Location of the charging hub
- Street + number:
- Code:
- City:
- Country:
- VAT number:
- Telephone number:
- Email address:
- Scan of my identification card: refer to the attachment (A)
- Certificate of the account holder: refer to the attachment (B)
- For Belgium only:
- Extract from the KBO register: refer to the attachment (C)
NOTE: Smappee Services will contact you for the next steps.
A Prove that the account belongs to your company. You can acquire this from your bank.
B Each connector gets a charging point number, that will be shown on the payment terminal display.
C You can get this document via your business counter or via myenterprise.be and then:
1. Select the main entity.
2. Select “Official documents”.
3. Select “Full extract” to download this necessary document
3. Configure the Pay Station
Context
Smappee Services will configure the Pay Station on the charging hub according to the needs of the charging station owner.

Hi there,
The Smappee Partner completed the installation of the Pay Station(s). Please find below the necessary information for the configuration:
- Organisation name registered for Smappee CPO services:
- Location of the charging hub (full address):
- Serial number of the Pay Station 1 (A):
- Serial number of the Pay Station 2 (A):
The configuration should be as follows, so that only these charging points can start a charging session from the related Pay Station:

NOTE: Smappee Services will configure the Pay Station of your charging hub and contact you when the Pay Station can be used.
A Each Pay Station has a serial number in the format with 7000xxxxxx. For more information, refer to the installation manual.
B Each connector gets a charging point number, that will shown on the payment terminal display.
C Each charging station has a serial number in the format 6xxxxxxxxx. If the charging station has two connectors, repeat the serial number in the next row.
D Put an X in the column if the charging point must be shown on this Pay Station. Pay Station 2 and any additional columns are optional.
4. Put a marker on the charging stations
There should be a marker of the charging point number adjacent to each connector of the charging stations.
