When split billing has been confirmed by the employee the Smappee smart charging point will change its configuration from Plug & Charge to Swipe & Charge (split billing) by default. This means that the charging point can no longer be used without authentication.
But what if someone else, who does not own the right for reimbursement, wants to charge their EV at your charging point? For example someone from your household owns an EV and wants to use the same charging point.
In this case another Smappee Smart Charge card or RFID card is required and Swipe & Charge (Whitelisting) needs to be activated. The new Smappee Smart Charge card or RFID card needs to be added to the whitelist.
