For which product is this article applicable?
This article is applicable for all Smappee EV Line products (EV Wall, EV One, EV Base, EV Ultra)
Requirements
- Smappee Mobile App
- Installer account with access to the location of the Charging Station that contains the module
Replacement flow
Every charging station of Smappee has different modules each with their own chip and task. In the Smappee database all correct serial numbers of these modules must be mapped correctly to the charging station.
It might occur that you have to replace a module
The Smappee mobile app makes it possible to replace and update a Charging Station module (of the EV Line articles mentioned above)
Please follow the following steps:
- Go to the Service location of the Charging Station
- Select the "Settings" tab
- Select the "Charging stations" option
- Select the affected charging station
- Select the module to replace
- Scroll down to find the replacement instructions
