You scan the QR sticker on the charging station to add the station during installation. The sticker also shows the serial number of the charging station. Below you find the position of the sticker for every model.

EV Ultra
The QR sticker can be found on the bottom right side of the unit, on the side of the front plate. This is the same for all EV Ultra versions.
EV Base
The QR sticker can be found on the top right side of the unit, on the top plate.
EV Wall
The QR sticker can be found on the inside of the left side of the metal frame of the unit.
EV One
The QR sticker can be found on the inside of the socket cover of the outer frame.
EV Dual
The QR sticker can be found on the side of the unit. On socket versions, also check underneath the socket cover. The image below shows the position on the EV Dual Wall and on the EV Dual Base.
If the sticker is damaged, painted over or no longer readable, you can still look up the serial number of the charging station in the Smappee app. Contact Smappee support if you cannot retrieve it in either way.
