If you would ever be in a situation where you need to provide the Serial number of your device or one of the components in the installation and you are not near the unit, you can also refer to the Smappee app for these.
- Navigate to the location in the app and click settings.
- For a measuring installation click Your Smappee monitors. For a charging station, click Your charging stations.
- For a measurement system, click infinity modules and for a charging station, simply click on the station.
- On the next page you will see an overview of all the components in the installation. The number most often needed is the Connect. You can however also find all the other components here as well.
