Where can I consult and download all my charging sessions in dashboard ?

How to view your charging sessions in the Smappee Dashboard

Want a detailed overview of your charging sessions? The Smappee Dashboard is the place to be.

Open your charging sessions

  1. Log in to the Smappee Dashboard (dashboard.smappee.net).
  2. Select your charging station or charging square.
  3. In the menu on the left, select the EV Line board.
  4. On the right, scroll down to the card "Sessions of ...".

Good to know:

  • If you select a charging square, you'll see the sessions of all charging stations in that square.
  • If you select a specific charging station, you'll only see the sessions on that station.

Tips for navigating the overview

  • Add or remove columns: use the three-dot menu in the top-right corner to show only the information you need.
  • Export your sessions: click the download button to export them as an Excel or CSV file.
  • Set a period: use the calendar button to choose the date range you want to see.
  • Filter by activation method: select how the sessions were started (see below).
  • Sort columns: sort a column from high to low, or the other way around.
  • Scroll and browse: use the gray scroll bar on the right to see more sessions, adjust the number of sessions per page, and move between pages.

Activation methods explained

A charging session can be started in several ways, depending on the services set up on your charging station:

  • Unauthenticated: no card is needed. Anyone can plug in and charge for free.
  • Whitelisting: charging is free for users whose card is on the whitelist.
  • Split billing: for employees who charge their company car at home and are reimbursed for the electricity costs.
  • Swipe & Charge (public charging stations only): the session is started with a public charging card, and the cost is invoiced to the user.
  • Scan & Charge (public charging stations only): the session is started by scanning a QR code, and the user pays by credit card.
  • Paystation (public charging stations only): the session is started at the paystation terminal, and the user pays by debit card.
