Charger Overview

Replacement Instructions

1. Make sure to Main power supply is disconnected And perform Lototo.

   

   

2. switch off the circuit breaker from the Aux power supply This circuit breaker is accessible by removing the Louvres panels from the ultra: [Allen key 2.5mm]

   

   

3. Remove the front plate of the Ultra [Allen key 2.5mm]

   

   

4. Disconnect the stop buttons and Remove the RJ10 connections from the Display

   

   

5. Locate the Controller that needs to be replaced. Always in the top of the unit

   

6. Remove all connectors from the controller Handle the small JST connections with care [Allen key 2.5mm]

   

   

7. Remove the controller board

   

8. Place the new board. Screw and torque back to 2.5 Nm Dedicated Left and Right controller Place the FAN connecter in the correct place

   

   

9. Connect back the stop button(s) and Modbus RJ10 Make sure the left display and stop button is connected to the left controller and the right display and stop button to the right controller The RJ10 modbus connections can be swapped on the same side, this does not impact functionality

   

   

   

10. Pace the front panel back and [Allen key 2.5mm]

    

    

11. Power the unit back on

    

Replacement Instructions in the App

1. Open Smappee app

   

2. Select the correct install location

   

   

3. Go to “Settings”

   

4. go to “Charge stations”

   

5. Select the Ultra where the controller is changer

   

6. Select the controller that is marked with a red exclamation mark

   

7. Select “Replace”

   

8. Select “Confirm”

   

9. Perform this action for every component with a exclamation mark

   

10. Done
