Preparation on replacement unit EVO4

Unbox the unit. Remove the safety screws and tube. (Safety torx T20H)

Remove the 4 locknuts so the electronics holder is a loose assembly. (Hex 8)

Replacement instructions on field unit EVO3

  1. Remove the 2 screws at the bottom of the housing of the installed unit (Allen 2.5)

  2. Remove the 2 screws holding the door. Place the door in a safe location and remove the housing tube. (Allen 2.5)

  3. Makes sure the power on the unit is off and check with a multimeter (multimeter)

  4. Remove the power cables (N / L1 / L2 / L3) with a (PZ screwdriver) and the PE cable from the ground terminal block with a (flat screwdriver).

  5. Remove the 4 nuts holding the electronics holder on the anchor (Hex 8)

  6. Remove the electronics holder.

  7. Install the new EVO 4 electronics holder on the anchor and secure with the 4 locknuts (Hex 8)

  8. Reinstall the power lines and ground cable. (PZ2 & flat screwdriver)

  9. Connect the ethernet cable.

  10. Switch on the RCD and check if the unit is live. check if MID, screen and LED is working.

  11. Install the tube over the unit.

  12. Secure the tube by installing the 2 safety screws in the bottom of the tube. (Safety torx T20H)

  13. Install door and secure with the 2 loctite screws. Make sure the door is smootly opening and closing. (Allen 2.5)

  14. Remove the protective layer on the LCD.

  15. Go to the app and finish the installation flow.
  16. Remove the QR code after installation.
