Charger Overview
Replacement instructions
Remove the 2 screws at the bottom of the housing. [Safety torx T20H]
Remove the 2 screws holding the door. Place the door in a safe location and remove the housing tube. [Allen 2.5]
Disconnect the power cables at the bottom of the RCD. [PH2 screwdriver]
Disconnect the cables at the top of the RCD. [PH2 screwdriver]
An orange hook at the bottom of the RCBO is locking the device onto the DIN rail. Pull the “hook” downwards and remove the RCD. [Small flat screwdriver]
Preposition the replacement RCD and connect the cables at the top in the following order from left to right, (Grey - Black - Brown - Blue). The blue and brown spade connector shall be inserted in the top slots of the RCD, and must be tightened at the same moment as L1 and N cables. [PH2 screwdriver - Torque 2.5 N.m]
Install the RCD on the DIN rail and secure it by pushing the bottom hook upwards. [Small flat screwdriver]
Reconnect the power lines to the bottom of the RCD. [PH2 screwdriver - Torque 2.5 N.m]
Make sure to turn the RCD ON, re-power the unit and check if the EV One is starting up.
Put the casing back in and secure the door with the 2 screws. [Allen 2.5 - Hand-tight]
Install the 2 screws in the bottom. [Safety torx T20H - Hand-tight]
