Let me briefly point out that there are no costs associated with this service, nor with the public charging cards.
If you do not use them, you will not be charged.

Should your company wish to deactivate a public charging card and/or discontinue the service entirely, please follow the steps below by logging into the Smappee dashboard using the account linked to your organization or company. 

Deactivate and remove the charging card

• Select “Public Charging” from the menu on the left.
• On the right, you will see the charging cards activated for public charging.
  Click the trash bin icon, and the charging card will be deactivated and removed.

Fully terminate the service

This step is not mandatory — your charging card has already been deactivated and removed.
You will no longer use it,nor will you receive any further invoices for it.
However, the service itself will remain available, should you wish to activate a new charging card in the future.
If you still wish to completely stop the service:

• Select  "Charging Services” from the menu on the left
  → You may now deactivate the service.
