Replace antenna (One V4)

  • 100-0155 LTE / WIFI antenna (Wall mount) 8,5mm TH SMA male 30cm

Tools needed

  • Safety torx T20H
  • Allen 2.5
  • Allen 2
  • Cutting pliers
  • Wrench SW17

Replacement Instructions

  1. Remove the 2 screws at the bottom of the housing. [Safety torx T20H]

  2. Remove the 2 screws holding the door. Place the door in a safe location and remove the housing tube. [Allen 2.5]

  3. Remove the 4 screws holding the charger controller. [Allen 2]

  4. Carefully remove the charge controller assembly.

  5. Disconnect ethernet cable.

  6. Disconnect the LED Cable.

    Step image

  7. Disconnect the display board cable. Connector is very fragile, pay attention not to damage it.

  8. Disconnect the 12P cable.

  9. Disconnect the antenna cables.

    Step image

  10. Carefully cut the tie raps holding the antenna cables together. Make sure to not cut through the isolation of the wires. [Cutting pliers]

  11. Loosen the antenna. [Wrench SW17]

  12. Remove the antenna. make sure to not damage the cables when putting through the hole. New antenna can be installed.

  13. Fasten antenna with washer and nut. [SW17 - Torque: 5 N.m]

  14. Bundle the antenna cables and hold them together with 2 tie raps. afterwards cut the ends of the tie raps. [Cutting pliers]

  15. Reconnect the antenna. Start with the Wifi cable (left side) and assemble the 4G cable afterwards (right side) - 4G cable is marked with the mention “LTE” Be careful during assembly, connectors are very fragile. [Hex 8 - Torque : 1 N.m]

  16. Reconnect the 12P cable

  17. Reconnect the display board to the charge controller. Connector is very fragile, pay attention not to damage it; when connected it cable side should hook onto the connector from the board.

  18. Reconnect ethernet cable.

  19. Reconnect LED cable.

    Step image

  20. Carefully put the charge controller back in position. Pay attention not to pinch any of the cables.

  21. Fasten the 4 screws holding the charge controller. [Allen 2 - Torque : 1N.m]

  22. Put the casing back in and secure the door with the 2 screws. [Allen 2.5 (Handtight)]

  23. Install the 2 screws in the bottom. [Safety torx T20H (Handtight)]
