  • Small flat screwdriver

Replacement Instructions

  1. Remove the 2 screws at the bottom of the housing. [Safety torx T20H]

  2. Remove the 2 screws holding the door. Place the door in a safe location and remove the housing tube. [Allen 2.5]

  3. Remove the 4 screws holding the charger controller. [Allen 2]

  4. Carefully remove the charge controller assembly.

  5. Disconnect ethernet cable.

  6. Disconnect the LED Cable.

    Step image

  7. Disconnect the display board cable. Connector is very fragile, pay attention not to damage it.

  8. Disconnect the 12P cable.

  9. Disconnect the antenna cables.

  10. Remove the 4 screws holding the charge controller. [Allen 2.5]

  11. Disconnect 12P cable from charge controller and reinstall on replacement charge controller. Remove the RJ45 plug and reinstall on the new PCB. [Small flat screwdriver]

  12. Fasten the 4 screws to hold the charge controller back into place. [Allen 2.5 - Torque : 2.5 N.m]

  13. Reconnect the antenna. Start with the Wifi cable (left side) and assemble the 4G cable afterwards (right side) - 4G cable is marked with the mention “LTE” Be careful during assembly, connectors are very fragile. [Hex 8 - Torque : 1.5 N.m]

  14. Reconnect the 12P cable

  15. Reconnect the display board to the charge controller. Connector is very fragile, pay attention not to damage it; when connected it cable side should hook onto the connector from the board.

  16. Reconnect ethernet cable.

  17. Reconnect LED cable.

    Step image

  18. Carefully put the charge controller back in position. Pay attention not to pinch any of the cables.

  19. Fasten the 4 screws holding the charge controller. [Allen 2 - Torque : 1N.m]

  20. Put the casing back in and secure the door with the 2 screws. [Allen 2.5 (Handtight)]

  21. Install the 2 screws in the bottom. [Safety torx T20H (Handtight)]

    Replace module via the App

    As a last step you also need to replace the module in the App
