Charger Overview
Replacement Instructions
Remove the 2 screws at the bottom of the housing [Safety torx T20H]
Remove the 2 screws holding the door. Place the door in a safe location and remove the housing tube. [Allen 2.5]
Remove the 4 screws holding the charger controller. [Allen 2]
Carefully remove the charge controller assembly.
Disconnect the display board cable. Connector is very fragile, pay attention not to damage it.
Remove the 4 screws holding the display board. [Allen 2.5]
Remove the the display board cable and reconnect to the new one. Connector is very fragile, pay attention not to damage it; when connected it cable side should hook onto the connector from the board.
Place the display board back into the unit and retighten the 4x M4 screws. [Allen 2.5 - Torque : 2.5 N.m]
Reconnect the display board to the charge controller. Connector is very fragile, pay attention not to damage it; when connected it cable side should hook onto the connector from the board.
Carefully put the charge controller back in position. Pay attention not to pinch any of the cables.
Fasten the 4 screws holding the charge controller. [Allen 2 - Torque : 1N.m]
Put the casing back in and secure the door with the 2 screws. [Allen 2.5]
Install the 2 screws in the bottom. [Safety torx T20H - Handtight]
