Replacement Instructions

  1. Untighten the 2 nuts at the back of the front plate and remove the front plate Place the front plate aside [Hex 7]
  2. Disconnect the CP and PP line of the socket to the relay board. Push in the openings of the connector to release the ferrules. [Small flat screwdriver]

  3. Disconnect the solenoid wires from the relay board. Push in the openings of the connector to release the ferrules. The red and black wire coming from the power supply (between CP/PP connector and solenoid connector) do NOT need to be disconnected [Small flat screwdriver]

  4. Disconnect the phases, PE and neutral cables of the socket to the relay board Push in the openings of the charging controller to release the ferrules. [Flat screwdriver]

  5. Use a small screwdriver to unglue the power supply from the casing. Remove the power supply from the casing. This will allow to access the nut on the top left corner of the unit [Small screwdriver]

  6. Cut the zip tie to unbundle the different phase, neutral and PE cables. [Cutting pliers]

  7. Disconnect the phases, PE and neutral cables of the socket to the relay board Push in the openings of the charging controller to release the ferrules. [Flat screwdriver]

  8. Disconnect the RJ10 cable from the relay board

  9. Disconnect the 2 power supply cables from the relay board [Small flat screwdriver]

  10. Disconnect the 12P charge controller cable

  11. Remove the leftpanel from the casing - untighten the 2x M4 locknuts (no need to fully remove them). Panel fits into 2 slots on the casing so it needs to be pivoted to be removed. [Hex 7 key]

  12. Remove the relay board to the left panel : untighten the 5x M4 screws of the relay board. Place the new relay board on the left panel and fasten the 5x M4 screws. [Allen 2.5 - Torque : 2.5 N.m]

  13. Bring the panel close to the casing. For accessibility it is easier to connect the different cables before fastening the side panel. Connect the 12P charge controller cable.

  14. Connect the power supply cables (Red on the “+” and black on the “-” where 12V is mentionned)

  15. Connect the solenoid wires to the relay board following the colour code (blue, red, yellow, white). Start from the right of the connector (blue wire). Wires just need to be pushed in the connector Check all cables are properly secured.

  16. Reconnect the RJ10 to the B bus of the relay board.

  17. Place the panel back into the unit and retighten the 2x M4 locknuts. [Hex 7 key - Torque : 2.5 N.m]

  18. Place the power supply back in the unit.

  19. Reconnect the phases, PE and neutral wires from the MID to the relay board by pushing them in the connector. Sequence from bottom of the unit to top is PE (yellow), neutral (blue), L3 (grey), L2 (black), L1 (brown) Check all cables are properly secured. When done, bundle the cables together using a cable tie

  20. Connect the CP & PP line from the socket to the charging controller by pushing them in the connector (follow CP and PP mention on the relay board) Check all cables are properly secured.

  21. Connect the phases, PE and neutral wires from the socket to the relay board by pushing them in the connector. Sequence from bottom of the unit to top is PE (yellow, neutral (blue), L3 (grey), L2 (black), L1 (brown) Check all cables are properly secured. When done, place the cables so they don’t prevent closing of the unit.

  22. Place back the front panel and retighten the 2 nuts of the front plate [Hex 7]
