Charger Overview
Replacement Instructions
- Open the unit either by using the provided key (Wall version) or untightening the 6x safety screws (Base version). Place the front plate aside [Key (Wall) or Safety TX20 bit (base)]

Before starting the disassembly, it can be easier to disconnect the cable from the display board to have better access to the solenoid wires.

Disconnect the CP and PP line of the socket to the relay board. Push in the openings of the connector to release the ferrules. [Small flat screwdriver]

Disconnect the solenoid wires from the relay board. Push in the openings of the connector to release the ferrules. [Small flat screwdriver]

Remove the socket from the side panel - Untighten the 4x M5 nuts of the socket Back nuts can be reached with a wrench [Hex 8]

Disconnect the phases, PE and neutral cables of the socket to the relay board Open each lever and pull each cable from the connector.

Connect the phases, PE and neutral cables of the new socket to the relay board Close each lever and check each cable is firmly fastened.

Attach the socket to the side panel - Tighten the 4x M5 nuts with washer [Hex 8 Torque : 2.5 N.m]

Connect the solenoid wires to the relay board following the colour code written on the relay board. From top of the board, follow the order red, blue, white, yellow. Wires just need to be pushed in the connector Check all cables are properly secured.

Connect the CP & PP line from the socket to the charging controller by pushing them in the connector (follow CP and PP mention on the relay board, CP above PP) Check all cables are properly secured.

Make sure to reconnect the cable to the display board if it was disconnected prior starting assembly
- Close the unit either by using the provided key (Wall version) or tightening the 6x safety screws (Base version). [Key (Wall) or Safety TX20 bit (base)]
