You can always consult and export all sessions done on your public charging station.

You can do so by logging in to the dashboard (https://dashboard.smappee.net)

• Select the board  "Chargers" from the menu on the left.
• On the right, you will find your "Charging Squares".
  You need to check and click it – it should then show "selected" in green.
• Scroll further down until you see the card titled “All charging sessions for CPO”.

This card allows you to :

• export the sessions in an Excel or CSV-file by clicking the download button
• set the desired period via the calendar button
• Select the activation method of the charging session
  There are several ways a charging session can be activated at your charging station, depending on the services you have configured. The available methods are:
  • Unauthenticated:
    A charging session without a card, anyone can plug and charge for free.
  • Whitelisting:
    A charging session that is free of charge for the user.
  • Swipe & charge:
    A charging session started with a charging card; the cost will be invoiced to the user.
  • Scan & charge:
    A charging session activated by scanning a QR code; payment is completed via the user’s credit card.
  • Paystation:
    A charging session started through the paystation terminal, with payment made via the user’s debit card.
