Alongside the Smappee app for Android and iOS, Smappee also offers a dashboard where you can view your data in greater detail. It's available at https://dashboard.smappee.net.
Your Smappee dashboard automatically displays different boards & cards, depending on the services you have activated.
For example, if you have configured Split Billing for your company, the Split Billing board will appear on the left-hand menu.
If you don’t use Split Billing but you do have public charging cards, then the Public Charging board will be shown instead.
Additionally, you can always add your own boards and cards to display any extra information you find useful.
How to add a Board ?
--> You can add new boards at the bottom of the screen via “Add board”.
The new board will then appear in the menu on the left.
- You can name the board
- Choose an icon for the board
- Select a template, either a preset one, or none
For example : I have added a new board, named it "Sofie's Board", I have chosen "a bell icon", and used "no template".
How to reorder boards ?
--> click at the bottom of the screen on "Reorder boards".
The board on top of the screen at the left menu can now change its position vertically, by clicking the square dots and drag them down or up.
How to add a card ?
--> Cards can be added at the top of the screen via “Add card”.
These cards will be automatically added to the board that is currently open, always appearing at the bottom of the page.
For example : I have added a new card, looking for "Electricity consumption' and it will automatically be added to "Sofie's Board" at the bottom of the page;

How to organise cards ?
--> Cards can be organised at the top of the screen via 'Organise Cards'
With the “square dots in the middle,” you can move the card up or down when you have multiple cards on your screen.
This allows you to choose which cards you want to display at the top.
Using the dots in the bottom‑right corner, you can resize the card both horizontally and vertically.
How to end organising cards ?
--> To save everything -> click on "End organising cards"
How to remove or edit a card ?
--> click on the 3 dots in the right upper-corner in order to "remove a card"
Or you can edit the card settings to see more or less information.
That way, you can personalize your dashboard exactly the way you like it.
