What if your company changes its VAT number ?

What if your company changes its VAT number , and

  • You have activated public, business charging cards ?
  • You have an active agreement as a CPO (public charging stations) ?
  • You have active split billing agreements ?

 

To correctly transfer all these contracts, we kindly ask you to register your new company via the following link:

https://dashboard.smappee.net/register-organisation

 

When you start to go through the registration process, you will have the option to:

  1. Choose an existing user
    This allows you to use the same user account to access both the “new” and the “old” company on the same dashboard in the future.
  2. Or choose a new username with a different email address
    This also gives you that possibility, but you will need to log in each time with the respective username to consult either company.

At the end of the registration process : you will need to select the services you wish.

If you were registered for 2 services with your old company, you need to select the same 2 services for your new

company as well.

 

 

 

Once your new company has been successfully registered with us, please let us know.

We will then promptly transfer all contracts to your new entity.

To complete this process, kindly provide us with:

  • The name and VAT number of the current (old) company
  • The name and VAT number of the new company

This ensures that monthly invoicing is accurate from day one.
