My employee is leaving the company, now what ?

Sometimes an employee leaves the company. What things should you check or do ?

1// Does the employee have a split billing agreement?

2// Does the employee have a Smappee charging card activated for public use?

3// Does the employee use a Smappee charging card at your own public charging stations?

1// Split billing

You can terminate the agreement or set a future end date (the day on which the employee actually leaves the company) by logging into the dashboard ( https://dashboard.smappee.net) with your partner account:

  • Select the board “Split billing” on the left-hand side.
  • Click the pencil icon to make changes to the agreement.

Here you may enter an end date.

From that date onwards, the status of the agreement will change from “active” to “closed”, and the employee will no longer be able to charge at the companys expense.

Alternatively, you may choose to completely terminate the agreement, by clicking on the trash bin icon.

2// Public charging card

You can deactivate the employees charging card by logging into the dashboard (https://dashboard.smappee.net) with your partner account:

  • Select the board “Public charging”  on the left-hand side.
  • Click the trash bin icon to deactivate the charging card.

3// Smappee charging card used at your own charging stations

Is the Smappee card whitelisted, meaning can this employee use his Smappee charging card to charge his card on your public charging square ?

Is the Smappee card added to a discount group on the pricing policy of your public charging square ?

You can remove the charging card from the whitelist by logging into the dashboard (https://dashboard.smappee.net) with your partner account:

  • Select the board “Chargers” on the left-hand side.
  • Select your charging square (if you have multiple squares, you need to select them one by one)
  • Scroll down to the whitelisting section and remove the card.

If the card was added to a discount group:

  • Select the board “Chargers” on the left-hand side.
  • Scroll down to “Groups”.
  • Click the pencil icon next to the group the token belongs to.
  • Remove the token.
