How can I order a prepaid subscription for multiple years as an installer of Smappee

 

Requirements

  • VAT number
  • Installed Smappee Product to activate the license on
  • It can only be activated on a Smappee Product that was installed and activated less then 1 year ago.

Step 1 - Installer Registration

If this is your first installation you will need to register your organisation.

Very important is that you enter a VAT number, if this is not present, you will not be able to buy prepaid licenses. Should you have already registered yourself but without VAT number, contact info@smappee.com

 

 

Step 2 - Ordering the license

After having installed the Smappee Product, as an installer you will see a new tab in the App called "Installation"

  • Go to the installations tab and select the location for which you wish to order a prepaid license
  • Press the "Manage subscription" button
  • Select the prepaid subscription you wish to order and press Confirm

 

 

  • After confirming you will get a Confirmation via Email as well and an invoice once Smappee has processed the order
