A group consists of RFID-tokens, either RFID-tokens from Smappee charge cards or virtual tokens generated from credit cards.

Sometimes you want to change the special discount you give to certain people,
and sometimes you just want to add a member to a group, or delete a member.

If you want to update the price of the group -> follow these steps: 

• Log into the Smappee dashboard using your account connected to your organization or company. 
  Select the board  "Chargers" from the menu on the left.
  On the right, you will find your "Charging Squares".
  You need to check and click it – it should then show "selected" in green.

• Scroll further down until you see the section titled “Pricing policies”.
  The name of your company should appear automatically.
  Remark : if nothing appears there, you may type the name of your company here; your pricing policy will then appear.
  Click on the pencil to open the existing pricing policy.
  A pop-up window will appear, you can now easily update the pricing policy.

   

• Select "Groups"

• By clicking on "Discount" you can change either the discount or the tariff.
  A discount is a percentage reduction applied to the total price,
  while a tariff allows you to define an alternative rate per kWh,
  and optionally include a starting fee and/or a price per hour.

• By clicking on the Name of the Group
  A pop-up will open where you can add an RFID or virtual tokens.
  Enter an alias or your name, click to add charge badge and continue with the next button.
  Bulk import of RFID tokens is also supported.

If you want to add or delete a member of the group -> follow these steps: 

• Log into the Smappee dashboard using your account connected to your organization or company. 
  Select the board  "Chargers" from the menu on the left.
  On the right, you will find your "Charging Squares".
  You need to check and click it – it should then show "selected" in green.
• Scroll further down until you see the section titled “Groups”.
  The name of your company should appear automatically.
  Remark : if nothing appears there, you may type the name of your company here; your pricing policy will then appear.
• Click on the pencil to open the existing Group
  A pop-up window will appear, you can now easily update the information of the groups

• Update or add members
  Enter a token from a Smappee Charge card or a virtual token. 
  Fill out his alias or his/her name
  Click on add charge badge
  When you're finished, just click Update Group.

• Delete a member
  Click on the paper-bin of the member you want to delete.
  When you're finished, just click Update Group.
• Update  the name of the group
  Once you're done, click Update Group.
