What if you want to discontinue the Split billing Service completely ?
Let us briefly point out that there are no costs associated with the service if you have no active split billing agreements. You will not be charged.
If you still wish to discontinue the service entirely:

1. Login to the dashboard (https://dashboard.smappee.net).

2. Ensure all existing Split Billing agreements have been fully closed.
3. Select the “Charging Services” board from the menu on the left.
4. Select the split billing Services.
5. Click on the three dots and choose “Discontinue Service”.
