If you have forgotten or lost your username and are now unable to log back in to the Smappee services, you can get it back via the Smappee dashboard.
On the login page of the Smappee dashboard you can use the option "forgot your username" to get an email with your username(s).
Please note that the e-mail address that you have entered will be used to find the matching Smappee account(s) and its username(s) .
If the account cannot be recovered, please contact your Smappee partner. They can help you retrieve the username.
Please also check your spam folder if no mail is received within 30 minutes.
