I've encountered an issue in the Smappee software, how can I report it?

When you are experiencing issues, please first search the complete FAQ page. If you can't find a solution, send a detailed report to support@smappee.com.

Needed information

When sending an email, make sure to include the following information in it.

Issue with the Smappee dashboard

  • Account username 
  • Serial number(s) / location name(s)
  • A detailed description of the issue and possible actions you took to encounter the issue
  • If applicable, what dashboard card does the issue occur in?
  • Screenshot of the issue
  • Possible actions that were taken to try and solve the problem (restart browser, clear cache, log out and log in, etc...)
  • On what browser(s) does the issue occur? (and which version)

Issue with the Smappee Energy monitor App

  • Account username 
  • Serial number(s) / location name(s)
  • A detailed description of the issue and possible actions you took to encounter the issue
  • Screenshot of the issue in question (or take a picture with another device)
  • Possible actions that were taken to try and solve the problem (restart app, log out, re-install, etc...) 
  • Type of mobile device (iOS, Android, Tablet, Phone)
