When sending an email, make sure to include the following information in it.
Issue with the Smappee dashboard
- Account username
- Serial number(s) / location name(s)
- A detailed description of the issue and possible actions you took to encounter the issue
- If applicable, what dashboard card does the issue occur in?
- Screenshot of the issue
- Possible actions that were taken to try and solve the problem (restart browser, clear cache, log out and log in, etc...)
- On what browser(s) does the issue occur? (and which version)
Issue with the Smappee Energy monitor App
- Account username
- Serial number(s) / location name(s)
- A detailed description of the issue and possible actions you took to encounter the issue
- Screenshot of the issue in question (or take a picture with another device)
- Possible actions that were taken to try and solve the problem (restart app, log out, re-install, etc...)
- Type of mobile device (iOS, Android, Tablet, Phone)
