About the Smappee Pay Station
The Smappee Pay Station is a floor-mounted point of payment that operates with a kiosk concept. You can easily link multiple AC and DC charging points to a single pay station, saving space and costs. It can also be added to existing charging squares and supports thirdparty chargers when integrated with Smappee’s backend. It accepts payments via Visa®, Mastercard®, Apple Pay® and Google Pay®. The Smappee Pay Station ensures compliance with AFIR requirements and operates under a flexible license model.
How does it work?
Once you’ve ordered the pay station, you will book an appointment with your installer and also with Smappee Services
The installer will come to do the technical installation
Smappee Services will book an appointment with you to do the onboarding and final activation.
Once your pay station is active you’ll be able to set up the screens and link your chargers
The payments will be done on a monthly basis to your respective bank account. The amount will deduct the fees for Smappee’s CPO services as agreed in the contract during the onboarding.
