I forgot/lost my password, what to do?

In order to reset your password, you will need your email. To start the process to reset your password, please click "Forgot your password?" in the Smappee app or on the Smappee Dashboard. 

1. Click on the link "Forgot your password".

For the Dashboard you can go directly to Account Recovery
 On the app On the dashboard

2. You will receive an email with further instructions.

 Use the link within 30 minutes to reset your password, (please also check your spam folder)
