Smappee RMA flow

To return a Smappee product under warranty you need a Support ticket which will also act as the RMA number.

To get a ticket, send a mail to "support@smappee.com"

Once you get receive a support ticket, fill in the following RMA Form, make sure you fill in a clear reason and the ticket number of the support ticket.

And attach it to the ticket, also make sure you send this form with the device you send back.

 

Wait on the confirmation from a support member to send back the product.

Please always include the RMA form with the shipment.
