Hans Delabie January 04, 2015 22:28 The view is dependent upon the position of the screen. In Portrait mode you see the left screen, in Landscape mode, you see the graphics. mcduarte2000 January 05, 2015 10:03 On Android? On my LG G2, not really. On portrait I see a graphic with Consumption total and Cost below, on landscape, just the graphic and on the help topic above. komatineni January 18, 2015 04:08 On iPhone5/IoS7. Using over 2 months and still cant see any numbers in the bubbles.. Did restarted few times, reinstall the app. Still the same. Seems like Smappee need a bigger community to get the faq/solve the issues.. Hans Delabie January 18, 2015 15:09 @komatineni: Hav you tried logging out from the App and then logging in again? komatineni January 19, 2015 03:21 Hi @Hans Delabie, I did removed the app totally and reinstalled in the past. Just logged out and logged in twice. Still the same. i.e. can't see any values in the main window Hans Delabie January 19, 2015 08:13 @komatineni:Can you open a support ticket by sending an e-mail, incl. your serial number, to email@example.com? Fredrik Luthman January 25, 2015 13:42 I have the same problem as mcduarte2000, cannot see the screen left of the graph as shown at the top of this page. Is there any general fix for this? I am using a samsung galaxy s5. Heiko January 26, 2015 08:05 Hi @mcduarte @Fredrik, in Android portrait mode, you should see a grid with your consumption data at the bottom of the screen. This grid shows the totals for the period that is selected in the graph. Within a few weeks, we will release a new version of the App with a complete overhaul of that screen. Regards, Smappee. komatineni January 26, 2015 08:43 finally its working.. I havent done anything except deleting/re-installing the app. Anyway its great to see it real time and even managed to integrate with IIFTT and working great.
