Not all submeters are displayed as "Live Submetering" in App

If you have changed the channel configuration of your Smappee Pro/Plus, you may notice that the information shown under Live Submetering in the Android/iOS app is not updated accordingly. This is a known bug. Please follow these steps to manually force an update of the Live Submetering information:

  1. Open the channel configuration via the expert portal or the Live Electricity Values card on
  2. Before making any adjustments, please take a screenshot of the current channel configuration.
  3. Change the Connection of each channel to Grid. Save the configuration.
  4. Once the metering engine has restarted, go back to the channel configuration and restore the settings to their previous values, as per your screenshot. Save the configuration.

After executing these steps, the loads shown under Live Submetering should be updated.
