My Smappee monitor is showing a green continuous LED. What to do?

When your monitor is showing a green fix LED. That means that the monitor is connected to your local Wi-Fi network but has not been activated on our Smappee cloud server via the internet. This is required to activate your monitor.

In order the activate the monitor, please go the mobile app.

  • For a new installation, please start the installation process over again and choose green fix on the color selection screen.
  • For a re-installation or existing location, please navigate to settings - your Smappee monitor and choose the option "repeat installation". Then please follow the instructions on screen and choose green fix in the color selection screen.
  • For a re-installation or existing location (Smappee infinity only), please navigate to settings - your Smappee monitor, Infinity modules, Smappee Genius and choose the option "start installation". Then please follow the instructions on screen and choose green fix in the color selection screen.

 The app will skip the Wi-Fi configuration set-up and go straight over to the activation of the monitor.
