As a charging host of your Smappee EV Line charging station, you are free to set the prices of your public chargers. you can change the rates of Public charging yourself in the Smappee dashboard.
- Firstly, you will have to log into the Smappee dashboard (dashboard.smappee.net) using your account connected to your charging station location.
- Once logged in, you can navigate to the 'Session Activation Methods' in the 'Charger configuration' card:
- This pop-up screen will provide you with the session activation methods that are currently activated for your charging station. From here you can select or set up a Pricing policy (link to new article ‘How can I set up a Pricing Policy? How can I change the prices of my public charging station? ‘). Changing your prices is possible by adjusting the pricing policy.
Remark: This will be the price that you as owner will receive for each charging session, an EV driver will pay a slight surcharge. Please make sure to fill in the correct tax rate for public charging stations in your country.
- Pressing on the "Save" button will confirm your new prices. These will go into effect immediately for each new charging session that is started.
