To permanently lock the charging cable in the dashboard, first select the charging station for which you want the lock the cable. then go the 'charger configuration' card, press the Lock / Unlock button.
To permanently lock the charging cable in the app, go to 'Settings' and press 'Your Smappee charging stations, select the charging station for which you want to lock the cable, enable 'charging cable permanently locked'.
